  • Min. 10 years experience

Regional Sales Manager (Jakarta, Central Java or West Java)

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Having experience in building material industry as Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager for Jakarta, Central Java or West Java Area
  • Undertanding of building material market and GT Channel
  • Good English is a must; Mandarin (or other dialects) is a plus 
  • Strong communications skills
  • Will be located in Jakarta (base) and willing to have business trip to West Java and Central Java

1. HRGA Manager

  • Prefer Male, 34-45 years old
  • Min. Bachelor degree from Psychology, Law or Management
  • From construction, property or any industry related with project based employee in the remote sites
  • Strong communication skill, able to embrace people, tough personality, strong leadership skill
  • Willing to travel conditionally
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin will be a super advantage
  • Min. 3 years as HRGA Manager and min. 5 years in the HRGA role

2. Project Coordinator – GM Level

  • Min. 15 years of working experience in the related field and 5 years in position of Project Manager in Construction Industry
  • Good command both spoken and written English

Cost & Contract (QS) Manager

  • Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in building contracts for residential projects, either in a construction firm or property development company.
  • Experience implementing ISO Quality Management System ( ISO 9001) is a plus
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills.
  • Good spoken and written English language is required.

MEP Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Between 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably with exposure in residential projects, with experience overseeing projects from the inception to completion.
  • Necessary to possess good understanding of building regulations, codes and submission procedures.
  • Experienced with Indonesian authority submission and procedure is an advantage.
  • A flair for design and self-motivation to achieve good design solutions in our development projects.
  • Good understanding of design, detailing and the project implementation process is essential.
  • Eye for good design and a keen interest in details as well as the big picture when it comes to translate ideas into built form.
  • Good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve shared objectives for the projects.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with consultants and professional peers in reviewing, directing and critiquing their design proposals to achieve project goals.
  • Good spoken and written English language is required.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD software is a must

Technical Lead 

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum have 7 years as Web Programmer including minimum 2 years as Lead
  • Knowledge in :
    • PHP, MYSQL and Javascript
    • JQuery, JQuery UI
    • Drupal 8
    • Agile Modeling (Scrum, Kanban)
    • system administration (Linux, Apache or nginx)
