Talent Acquisition Manager – Employer Branding

  • Background education : S1 from any background
  • Min. 2 years as Recruitment /Talent Acquisition Manager / Employer Branding Manager from any industry, preferably from Financial Service Industry or startup company
  • Experienced in leading team with min. 4 subordinates
  • Balance experience from executive search and corporate would be an advantage
  • Experienced in handling employer branding with creative approach
  • Data driven recruitment reporting
  • Practitioner of social media recruiting
  • Good proficiency of English writing and speaking
  • Energetic, Fast Respond, Creative self-starter and self-development initiatives
  • Take actions to get things done
