Talent Acquisition Manager - Mass Recruitment

  • Background education : S1 from any background
  • Min. 2 years as Recruitment /Talent Acquisition Manager from Financial Services Industry (Multi-Finance, Bank, Insurance)
  • Experienced in leading team with min. 4 subordinates
  • Balance experience from executive search and corporate would be an advantage
  • Experienced in handling mass recruitment with max. 500 vacancies per year (function handled: Collection, Sales, Risk, etc)
  • Data driven recruitment reporting
  • Practitioner of social media recruiting
  • Good proficiency of English writing and speaking
  • Energetic, Fast Respond, Creative self-starter and self-development initiatives
  • Take actions to get things done
