  • To contact, select and interview potential candidates based on client requirements
  • To monitor and follow ups the recruitment process at client
  • Select qualified candidates through database, job portal screening, headhunting, etc.
  • Prepare weekly performance report to management
  • Engage in business development activities – obtain new clients through networking, cold-calling, etc.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Min experience 2 years
  • Good English writing skills 
  • Experience to conduct interview in English
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Smart worker, high-drive with never-give-up attitude
  • Mature and able to work in team as well as independently
