- To monitor and follow ups the recruitment process at client
- Select qualified candidates through database, job portal screening, headhunting, etc.
- Prepare weekly performance report to management
- Engage in business development activities – obtain new clients through networking, cold-calling, etc.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Min experience 2 years of recruiting various technical (IT) positions
- Good understanding and passionate on the latest developments in IT industry
- Good English writing skills
- Experience to conduct interview in English
- Excellent communication skills

- Mature and able to work in team as well as independently
