- Min. Bachelor’s degree
- Age 45 – 55 years old
- 10 – 15 years of working experience in the similar function from large size of company / holding / group of companies
- Experienced in helping IPO Process
- Familiar dealing with OJK, BI & BEI
- Good communication skill, good public speaking skill and good negotiation skill
