Our Client, a Public Listed Pharmaceutical Distribution Company, is looking for a Corporate Strategic Investment Sr Manager with these qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university, Master degree would be an advantage
- Having certification such as CFA, CPA, CMA – would be a plus point
- Open industry, but must be from holding / group companies
- Prefer Female, max. 44 years old
- Familiar in handling annual revenue above IDR 5 trillion
- Experienced in handling Tbk Company and dealing with OJK (Otorisasi Jasa Keuangan)
- Familiar with any corporate actions such as: Merger & Acquisition, Joint Venture, Fund Raising, spin-off, Divestment, and IPO
