Our Client, a Media Holding Company, is looking for a GM Legal & Corsec with these qualifications:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in legal / Law
- Max. 43 years old
- Min. 3 years of experience as GM Legal or min. 5 years of experience as Sr Manager Legal in a holding company with public listed background
- Background in Corporate Legal
- Experienced in Corporate Secretary, especially in handling corporate action for public listed company
- Flexible, self-driven, agile and strong leadership skill
