- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Min. 10 years of working experience in handling landed housing project or large size residential (100HA)
- Good understanding of township infrastructure concept
- Solid experience of project management
- Strong problem-solving skill and budgeting skil
