Our Client, a Multinational Automation Company, is looking for a Head of Application Engineering with these requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 6 years experience in handling automation products.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost management.
- Demonstrated ability in managing teams and developing personnel.
- Experience in the industrial automation sector is highly advantageous.
- Willing to do travel within country or overseas
